Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines when refunds or replacements may be issued. This policy is modeled on standard dropshipping practices similar to those used by Zendrop.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

1.1 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:

  • A clear photo or video showing the damage/defect

  • A photo of the packaging

  • Your order number

Once approved, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.


1.2 Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or your order is missing items, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in these cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or product

  • Delayed deliveries outside of our control (customs delays, courier issues, natural events)

  • Items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery


3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.
After this time, the order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

For eligible returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover all shipping costs or offer a no-return refund depending on the case.

For ineligible returns, customers are responsible for all shipping fees.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
