Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays outside our control.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number within 2–5 days.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the system.
4. Split Shipments
Because we work with multiple fulfillment centers and suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
This is normal and does not affect shipping costs.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
We occasionally offer shipping promotions.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

If customs refuses or disposes of the shipment, we cannot issue a refund.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
A package is considered lost if it has no tracking updates for 30 consecutive days (45 days for some destinations).
We will then offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control do not qualify for refunds.
